Barbados

I visited Barbados and a pre cruise stay before a Star Clipper cruise (an amazing experience in itself – ask me more about it!!) and absolutely loved the island.  With its crystal clear water and beautiful beaches, for me it is what the Caribbean is all about.  I was lucky enough to eat in the amazing Champers Restaurant overlooking the sea where I had the best King Prawn curry I have ever tasted.  A personal highlight for me was the infamous catamaran cruise where we stopped and swam with beautiful animals and even had a quick look at the Sandy Lane Hotel!!.
