This Country really does have so much to offer it’s hard to see it all in one go, from the City of Cape Town with Table Mountain in the background (walk it or cable car – either way you must get to the top, the views are stunning) to the fabulous winelands just a short drive away. You can either do a day visit or why not stay for a couple of nights in one of the country houses amidst the vineyards.
By taking the fabulous drive along the Garden Route you can really start an adventure, Whale Watching and Shark Diving is a must or see the Penguins on the Beach, there really is so much to do and see no matter what your age.
Not forgetting a stay at a Game Reserve to finish off your trip of a lifetime. There are a variety of Reserves to choose from, some cater for families with a stay in wooden lodges with private pools, some are adult only, you can also take the extended family and have a private house to yourself with a chef and own Rangers to take just you out each morning and evening – what an incredible family experience. Whichever one you decide on, you will not be disappointed with the standard, service, amazing food as well as the incredible wildlife you’ll see every day that you are there - you really won’t believe your eyes.
South Africa will leave you with the most amazing memories and a desire to go back – I know it certainly has with me.
